For the past 15 years I have proven myself in contract negotiation, data analysis, project management, customer relationship management, graphic design, photoshop proficiency, public speaking, conducting feasibility studies, working with people, working with money, being self-motivated, working as a team, managing my time and the time of others, following processes and procedures, building brand awareness, working with buyers and sellers, being a lead agent, property management, pipeline management, social media marketing, accuracy with data entry...
To quote Liam Neilson, "What I do have are a very particular set of skills. Skills I have acquired over a very long career"
So I've some skills, that's all there is to me, right?

Outside the office, you'd find me...
On the soccer pitch. I run a small amateur indoor soccer team. Playing soccer (even at my age) has ensured I've kept physically healthy, but also ensure I'm able to maintain a great mental headspace with the help of some good friends. Being the manager/treasurer does show some organizational pzazz. Wow more skill sets

In my home office. In 2023, I establish my own property development company.
In a sea of lego. I have a beautiful young family which keeps me busy. The family has been the rock that has kept me honest and encouraged me to do the right thing by all people.

Across a board. I'm a bit of a chess nut. The game helps keep my mind sharp and requires problem solving, strategy, tactics and the ability to adapt in ever changing circumstances. Handy right.
